Every mare in our band comes from proven bloodlines, and has been shown by a member of our family or is out of parents bred and/or shown by Bond Ranch. Little Kisses
Little Kisses is a cornerstone mare at Bond Ranch, combining elite cow horse bloodlines, proven performance, and exceptional femininity and athleticism. She is a direct product of of the Bond Ranch breeding program, by Little Mister Light and out of Miss N Kisses, who were both owned and shown by Steven Bond. This intentional pairing reflects the type of mind, versatility, and cow sense we strive to produce.
Her sire, Little Mister Light, is by the legendary Grays Starlight and out of an NCHA $63,000-earning mare. He holds an AQHA ROM in Working Cow Horse, Reining, and Heeling, along with points in Calf Roping and Cutting, and has been used extensively as a ranch and rope horse. Little Kisses’ dam Miss N Kisses earned over $17,000 in NCHA and is by the great Miss N Cash, out of another proven NCHA-earning mare.
Little Kisses was shown herself, but an accident during her futurity year limited her competition record. Despite this, her athleticism, disposition, and ability have been undeniable, and she has quickly proven her value as a producer. Her first competing foal, One Little Kiss by Uno Pepto, was shown at the 2025 NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity after a successful futurity year under trainer Dean Barent and owner Karyn Billmayer. Her 2024 foal by Whippet To The Side is currently started under saddle and showing excellent promise. With her proven pedigree, production record, and exceptional mind, Little Kisses represents the kind of mare Bond Ranch is built upon.

Dash of Whiz
Annie is another standout example of an exceptional Bond Ranch–bred mare, combining proven cow horse and reining bloodlines with the kind of mind and build we value most. While she was used primarily as a ranch mare, Annie is by Whiz My Nu Chex, an NRCHA money earner by the incomparable Topsail Whiz. Whiz My Nu Chex, formerly owned by Steven Bond and now owned by Krogman Quarter Horses, has sired numerous money-earning rope horses and was used extensively as a ranch horse himself.
Annie’s dam is by Mr Sun O Freckles, an NRCHA $20,000 earner who was also owned and shown by Steven Bond, further reinforcing Annie as a true product of the Bond Ranch program. As a producer, Annie has exceeded expectations. Her foals have been a pleasure to start, consistently showing great minds, substance, and athletic ability. She is a thick, well-balanced mare with a beautiful head and an excellent temperament. Her 2025 foal by Dansannman is currently available, offering an exciting opportunity to invest in this proven, program-backed mare line.
